Sno Falls Credit Union is a financial cooperative owned and operated by and for its members. The credit union began operation in 1957 and has evolved into the full service financial cooperative it is today. We hope you will choose Sno Falls Credit Union for all of your financial needs.

Sno Falls has partnered with Bob VanLiew, a mortgage banker for Premier Mortgage Resources, to provide a variety of home loan programs at competitive rates. Bob has over 20 years experience in the industry and has a vast knowledge of every possible type of home mortgage to fit our member's needs.

Home Equity Lines of Credit

•Line of Credit Loans have 5 yr draw period
•Up to 75% of appraised value, for 5yr fixed/variable
•Up to 80% of appraised value, for 1yr variable
•Owner occupied, single family residences only
•Variable Rates adjusted October 1st, based on 6 mo Treasury Bill
•240 mo term available on loan amounts greater than $100,000.00
•180 mo term available on loan amounts less than $100,000.00
5 yr Fixed/Variable 5.50% APR
1 yr Variable/Traditional 4.00% APR
